Terms , Conditions & Return Policy
All users and shoppers on Ujamaa Collective are governed by the terms, policies, and restrictions stated on this site. By using this site, you agree and consent to all the terms, policies, and restrictions stated, including but not limited to the Returns Policy. If you do not agree to the policies and terms stated, do not use this site. Ujamaa Collective reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel any portion of this Terms of Service, policies, and restrictions governing this site without notice. Ujamaa Collective may amend the Terms of Service without notice.
If Ujamaa Collective is unable to obtain payment for a period exceeding 30 days for an order placed and shipped, Ujamaa Collective may assign the order to a collections agency and add the collection agency fee to the amount due. The additional fee shall be the greater of $25 or 1/3 of the original amount that Ujamaa Collective was unable to collect prior to assignment to the collection agency.
Use of any special offer to receive a discount indicates full acceptance of the special offer Terms & Conditions in addition to all Terms of Service.
If a customer requests that Ujamaa Collective waive the signature requirement for any applicable delivery to enable the courier to leave the package unattended at the delivery location, the customer assumes all risk and responsibility for the package and no compensation or credit is due should the package be lost or damaged.
Sales are final for Discontinued items. Discontinued items are products which are located in the Discontinued category, are marked "Discontinued!" in the product price, and/or for which the customer received a discount of 30% or more from the regular item price. No returns accepted or refunds/credits allowed for Discontinued items. Discontinued items are limited to stock on hand.
1. All items must be returned in seven (7) days of purchase with original receipt.
2. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
3. Returns without receipt will receive store credit/ gift card.
4. Merchandise must be in new condition , unused and unwashed ,with tagging and in its original packaging as applicable.
5. All returns are subject to system verification and/or approval.
